Cottage 3 is not waterfront but it is a quick walk to Lake Lauzon.

This is a one story cottage that has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There are 2 double beds in one bedroom, one queen bed in a second bedroom and a set of double sized bunk beds in the last bedroom. There are two couches and a chair in the livingroom, with one couch being a pull out. There is a full kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower, and a deck on the back of the cottage.

Blankets and sheets are provided if needed, pillows, towels, face cloths and hand towels are provided, as well as full access to the kitchen appliances, and BBQ.
